The Chelsea 282 Series power take-off, part number 282GMAJX-A3XD or SP282GMAJXA3XD, is an 8-bolt medium-duty hot-shift PTO compatible with Allison, Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and other transmission manufacturers. Shift type is pneumatic or PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic). The 1-1/4" round output shaft uses a 5/16" key. The 282 Series carries an intermittent torque rating of 201-300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm) and a continuous torque rating of 300 lb-ft (407 Nm) -- verify actual ratings on the application pages for your specific installation. Shaft power is rated at 29 HP (21 kW) at 500 RPM and 57 HP (43 kW) at 1,000 RPM.
