The Chelsea 221XEAKP-M4XK or 221XEAKPM4XK is a 6-bolt power take-off assembly from the Chelsea 221 Series, suited for low-speed, heavy-duty applications including dump trucks, tow and recovery, and aerial equipment. It uses a wire/cable mechanical shift and mounts to Allison, Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, Hino, and other transmission housings.
