The Chelsea 272MAAJP-J5XD or 272MAAJPJ5XD is a 272 Series hot shift power take-off assembly with a 6-bolt mounting configuration and a 1-1/4" round output shaft with a 5/16" key. Shift is pneumatic (PowerShift), and the unit includes an integral air control valve so no external valve is needed. Continuous torque capability reaches 300 lb-ft (407 Nm); intermittent torque is rated at 201-300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm). Output power is rated at 56+ HP (41-50 kW), with shaft power measured at 29 HP (21 kW) at 500 RPM and 57 HP (43 kW) at 1,000 RPM.
