The Chelsea 272 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 272NDHVP-G5BV or 272NDHVPG5BV, is a 6-bolt hot shift PTO with PowerShift pneumatic/hydraulic actuation and a 1-1/4" round output shaft with a 5/16" key. The 272 Series delivers up to 300 lb-ft of continuous torque and 201-300 lb-ft intermittent torque (401-500 Nm), with shaft output rated at 57 HP at 1,000 RPM or 43 kW at 1,000 RPM. This series is compatible with transmissions from Allison, Eaton/Fuller, Ford, Aisin, Volvo/Mack, RAM, and other manufacturers. It consolidates the 230, 231, 236, 238, 270, and 271 series into one platform, covering aerial, construction, towing and recovery, and water truck applications.
