The Chelsea 282GCAJX-13XD or 282GCAJX13XD is an 8-bolt power take-off assembly from the Chelsea 282 Series, designed for medium-duty hot-shift applications. It features a 1-1/4" round output shaft with a 5/16" key and supports both pneumatic and PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic) engagement. Continuous torque capability reaches 300 lb-ft, with intermittent ratings in the 201-300 lb-ft range. Shaft power output runs 29 HP at 500 RPM and 57 HP at 1,000 RPM. Compatible with Allison, Volvo/Mack, and Eaton/Fuller transmissions, as well as other applications. The 282 Series includes an integral air valve, rotatable flanges, and a Smart Start option for high-torque engagement.
