The Chelsea 282GCAJX-P3XD or 282GCAJXP3XD is a medium-duty hot shift power take-off assembly from the Chelsea 282 Series. This 8-bolt mount PTO supports both pneumatic and PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic) shift options, with intermittent torque ratings of 201 to 300 lb-ft (401 to 500 Nm). The 282 Series delivers up to 57 HP at 1,000 RPM and carries a continuous-duty torque rating with a 30% de-rate factor. Output shaft options within the series include a 1-1/4 in. round shaft with 5/16 in. key and a 1 in. round shaft with 1/4 in. key. Common applications span aerial equipment, towing and recovery, water trucks, construction equipment, and fuel oil delivery trucks.
