The Chelsea 282 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 282GDAJX-13RE or 282GDAJX13RE, is an 8-bolt mounted, medium-duty hot-shift PTO compatible with Allison, Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and other transmission brands. It shifts via pneumatic or PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic) actuation and delivers up to 300 lb-ft (407 Nm) continuous torque. The 1-1/4" round output shaft accepts a 5/16" key. Shaft power output reaches 57 HP (43 kW) at 1,000 RPM. An integral air valve, rotatable flanges, Wet-Spline option, and Smart Start capability for high-torque engagement make this unit a fit for aerial, construction, towing and recovery, water truck, and fuel oil delivery applications.
