The Chelsea 282GDAJX-B3RK or 282GDAJXB3RK is an 8-bolt medium-duty hot shift PTO assembly from the Chelsea 282 Series, compatible with Allison, Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and other transmission manufacturers. It shifts pneumatically or via PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic) and delivers up to 300 lb-ft (407 Nm) continuous torque, with intermittent ratings from 201 to 300 lb-ft (401 to 500 Nm). The 1-1/4" round output shaft includes a 5/16" key. Shaft power output reaches 57 HP (42 kW) at 1,000 RPM. Series features include an integral air valve, rotatable flanges, a Wet-Spline option for extended pump shaft life, and a Smart Start option for high-torque engagement.
