The Chelsea 282 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 282GGAJX-A3RF or 282GGAJXA3RF, is an 8-bolt medium-duty hot-shift PTO designed for demanding continuous-duty applications. Direct-mount outputs support optional Wet-Spline technology to extend PTO and pump shaft service life. Driveshaft outputs include a positive stop to prevent seal damage from driveshaft yokes. The Smart Start option supports reliable engagement under high-torque start-up conditions. Typical applications include aerial equipment, construction equipment, towing and recovery, water trucks, and home fuel oil delivery trucks.
