The Chelsea 282 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 282GPAJX-B3RK or 282GPAJXB3RK, is a medium-duty hot-shift PTO built for demanding continuous-duty applications. It mounts via an 8-bolt pattern and fits transmissions from Allison, Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and other manufacturers. The 1-1/4" round output shaft accepts a 5/16" key. Shift is pneumatic or PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic), with an integral air valve built in. Continuous torque capability reaches 300 lb-ft (407 Nm); shaft power is rated at 29 HP (21 kW) at 500 RPM and 57 HP (43 kW) at 1,000 RPM.
