The Chelsea 282 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 282XCAJX-13RS or 282XCAJX13RS, is a medium-duty hot-shift PTO designed for demanding mobile applications including aerial work, construction equipment, towing and recovery, water trucks, and fuel oil delivery. It mounts via an 8-bolt pattern and offers both pneumatic and PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic) shift options. The 1-1/4" round output shaft accepts a 5/16" key. Continuous torque capability reaches 300 lb-ft (407 Nm); intermittent torque is rated at 201-300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm). Shaft power output is 29 HP at 500 RPM and 57 HP at 1,000 RPM.
