The Chelsea 282XCAJX-P3BD or 282XCAJXP3BD is a medium-duty hot shift Power Take-Off from Parker Chelsea's 282 Series. The 282 Series supports up to 300 lb-ft of intermittent torque and is rated for continuous-duty operation. It mounts via an 8-bolt pattern and is available with pneumatic or hydraulic (PowerShift) shift options. Output shaft configurations in the 282 Series include a 1-1/4" round shaft with 5/16" key and a 1" round shaft with 1/4" key. Nine speed ratios and 18 shift options make the 282 Series adaptable to a wide range of vocational trucks including aerial, construction, towing and recovery, water truck, and fuel oil delivery applications.
