The Chelsea 282 Series PTO Assembly, part number 282XGAJP-B3RK or 282XGAJPB3RK, is a medium-duty hot-shift power take-off built for continuous-duty service. It mounts via an 8-bolt pattern and accepts pneumatic or PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic) engagement, making it compatible with Allison, Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and other transmission families. The 1-1/4" round output shaft uses a 5/16" key. Shaft power reaches 29 HP at 500 RPM and 57 HP at 1,000 RPM. Intermittent torque is rated 201-300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm); the 282 Series is designed to sustain up to 300 lb-ft continuously. Optional Wet-Spline technology extends PTO and pump shaft service life.
