Chelsea 282 Series PTO Assembly 282XGAJX-15RK or 282XGAJX15RK is a medium-duty hot-shift power take-off built for demanding continuous-duty cycles. The 8-bolt mounting pattern is compatible with Allison, Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and other transmission brands. Shift is pneumatic or PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic), with an integral air valve included. The 1-1/4" round output shaft uses a 5/16" key. Intermittent torque is rated at 201-300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm); continuous torque reaches 300 lb-ft (407 Nm) - check application pages for actual torque ratings. Shaft power output is 29 HP at 500 RPM and 57 HP at 1,000 RPM. Common applications in the 282 Series include aerial, construction, towing and recovery, water trucks, and fuel oil delivery.
