The Chelsea 282 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 282XPAJX-R3RS or 282XPAJXR3RS, is a medium-duty hot-shift PTO designed for demanding work cycles in aerial, construction, towing and recovery, water truck, and fuel oil delivery applications. It mounts via an 8-bolt pattern and accepts pneumatic or PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic) actuation. The 1-1/4" round output shaft features a 5/16" keyway. The 282 Series carries a continuous torque rating up to 300 lb-ft (check application pages for actual torque ratings) and an intermittent torque range of 201-300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm).
