The Chelsea 288 Series Power Take-Off, part number 288GCKVP-M5RY or 288GCKVPM5RY, is a heavy-duty 10-bolt constant mesh PTO built on the proven 281 Series platform. The 288 Series delivers a single continuous duty torque rating of up to 390 lb-ft and offers nine speed ratios, including both low and high speed ranges. Ductile iron bearing caps are 117% stronger than gray iron, and an O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap reduces vibrational effects while improving clamp load. The standard output shaft features a positive stop for driveline outputs, eliminating oil seal damage from shaft couplings.
