The Chelsea 348XFAHX-Y5XD or 348XFAHXY5XD is a single low-speed forward and reverse Power Take-Off from the 348 Series, designed for 8-bolt manual transmission openings on Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and other compatible transmissions. The 8-bolt mounting flange mounts directly to the transmission aperture without an adapter plate. Shift is via wire/cable or mechanical actuation. The 1-1/4" round output shaft (with keyway) and ball bearing output support intermittent torque up to 200 lb-ft (271 Nm). Shaft power is rated at 19 HP at 500 RPM and 38 HP at 1,000 RPM. The cast iron housing and removable cover plate for backlash adjustment make this a practical choice for oil field, logging, and other mobile applications.
