The Chelsea 442 Series Power Take-Off assembly, part number 442XQARX-A5XD or 442XQARXA5XD, is a 6-bolt mount PTO configured with a 0.391:1 gear ratio and air shift actuation. The Chelsea 442 Series is designed to fit virtually all existing 6-bolt transmission applications. The 442 Series offers eleven internal speed ratios and thirty-six output options, including Chelsea's 360-degree rotatable output flange for improved installation clearance. Tapered cone bearings on the output shaft contribute to the series' torque capacity, rated at up to 250 lb-ft intermittent (check application pages for actual torque ratings for your specific configuration). Shaft power for the series is rated at 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM. Typical vocational applications include tow and recovery trucks, dump trucks, service trucks, and small aerial units.
