The Chelsea 442 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 442ZFAHX-V5XK or 442ZFAHXV5XK, is a 6-bolt mount PTO built for light-to-medium duty vocational applications including dump trucks, service trucks, tow trucks, and aerial units. This unit delivers a 0.391:1 gear ratio with air shift activation and a 1-1/4" round standard output shaft. Mounting uses the standard configuration with metric studs. The cast iron housing and tapered cone output shaft bearings are characteristic of the 442 Series, supporting the series' intermittent torque range of 201-300 lb-ft. No pressure lube is required. The Chelsea 442 Series is engineered for compatibility with virtually all existing 6-bolt transmission applications. Typical vocational uses include dump trucks, service trucks, tow trucks, snow and ice trucks, and aerial units. The 442 Series supports up to 36 output configurations and eleven internal speed ratios across the family. Series intermittent torque rating is 201-300 lb-ft (check application pages for actual torque ratings for your specific configuration). Shaft power for the series is rated at 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM.
