The Chelsea 442 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 442ZLDAX-A5AZ or 442ZLDAXA5AZ, is a 6-bolt mount PTO built for light-to-medium duty vocational applications including service trucks, dump trucks, and towing and recovery vehicles.
