The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 489GCAHX-A5GQ or 489GCAHXA5GQ, is an air shift PTO built on an 8-bolt mounting pattern that bolts directly to the transmission opening without an adapter plate, eliminating a common leak path. The one-piece cast iron housing delivers the same intermittent torque capacity as the 442 Series. Output is a greaseable SAE B 2 or 4-bolt flange with a 7/8" 13-tooth SAE B shaft, rotated 90 degrees. Shaft power is rated at 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM, with output power in the 46-55 HP range.
