The Chelsea 489GHAHX-S3XK or 489GHAHXS3XK is a Series 489 Power Take-Off assembly designed for Eaton/Fuller, Volvo, and Mack transmissions. It mounts on an 8-bolt transmission opening and uses wire/cable mechanical shifting. The output shaft is a 1-1/4" round type, also available with a key, and intermittent torque is rated up to 250 lb-ft (339 Nm). Output power reaches 46-55 HP, with shaft power of 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM. Internal components are common to the Chelsea 442 Series, simplifying parts sourcing.
