The Chelsea 489GLAHX-A5XK or 489GLAHXA5XK is a 489 Series Power Take-Off assembly designed for manual transmissions with an 8-bolt PTO mounting aperture, including Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and other compatible applications. The integral 8-bolt housing eliminates the need for an adapter plate, reducing potential leak paths at the mounting face. Shift type is wire/cable mechanical, with output shaft options including a 1-1/4" round and 1-1/4" round with key. Intermittent torque rating is 250 lb-ft (339 Nm); shaft power output reaches 48 HP at 1,000 RPM. Internal parts are common to the Chelsea 442 Series, simplifying service and parts sourcing.
