The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 489GLAHX-A5XQ or 489GLAHXA5XQ, is an 8-bolt PTO designed to mount directly to the transmission opening on most manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Volvo, Mack, and others, eliminating the need for an adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. The one-piece cast iron housing delivers the same 250 lb-ft intermittent torque capacity as the 442 Series. This unit uses a wire/cable mechanical shift and features a 1-1/4" round output shaft with keyway. Shaft power output is 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM.
