The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 489GLAHX-V3RA or 489GLAHXV3RA, mounts directly to an 8-bolt transmission opening on compatible manual transmissions including Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and others. This PTO uses a wire/cable mechanical shift and delivers up to 250 lb-ft intermittent torque, consistent with the 489 Series rating. Output is rated at 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1000 RPM through a 1-1/4" round output shaft with keyway. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the transmission aperture, eliminating the need for an adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths.
