The Chelsea 489GRAHX-A5XD or 489GRAHXA5XD is an 8-bolt, wire/cable mechanical shift power take-off from the Chelsea 489 Series, engineered for Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and other compatible transmissions. Output is delivered through a 1-1/4" round shaft (keyway version also available in this series), rated at up to 48 HP at 1,000 RPM and an intermittent torque of 250 lb-ft. The kit-style design simplifies field service, and internal parts are common to the 489's sibling 442 Series, making cross-service familiar for shops already stocking that line.
