The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 489GRAHX-V3GH or 489GRAHXV3GH, is an 8-bolt PTO built around a one-piece cast iron housing that mounts directly to the transmission opening on Eaton Fuller, Mack, Tremec, and other compatible manual transmissions. The integral housing eliminates the need for an adapter plate, reducing potential leak paths. Output is through a 1-1/4" round shaft with keyway.
