The Chelsea 489GRITX-A3XD or 489GRITXA3XD is a 489 Series Power Take-Off assembly built for 8-bolt manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and Tremec applications. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the transmission opening without an adapter plate, eliminating that potential leak path. Shift type on this unit is wire/cable mechanical. Output shaft is a 1-1/4" round shaft with key. Intermittent torque capacity for the 489 Series is 250 lb-ft (339 Nm); continuous torque requires a 30% de-rate.
