The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 489GSAHX-A3GA or 489GSAHXA3GA, is an 8-bolt PTO designed to mount directly to manual transmissions with an 8-bolt aperture, including Eaton Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and others, eliminating the need for an adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. The one-piece cast iron housing delivers the same intermittent torque capacity as the 442 Series, rated 201-300 lb-ft for the series. Shift is accomplished through wire/cable mechanical actuation. The output shaft is a 1-1/4" round configuration, with keyed options available. Shaft power runs 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM, with output power in the 46-55 HP range.
