The Chelsea 489GSAHX-A3XK or 489GSAHXA3XK is a 489 Series power take-off assembly built for 8-bolt manual transmission openings on Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and other compatible transmissions. Its one-piece cast iron housing mounts directly to the transmission without an adapter plate, eliminating a potential leak path compared to conventional bolt-up designs. Wire/cable mechanical shift operates the unit; the output shaft is a 1-1/4" round with key. The 489 Series shares internal parts with the 442 Series, offering up to 250 lb-ft intermittent torque and shaft power of 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1000 RPM.
