The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 489XCITX-A3RF or 489XCITXA3RF, is a wire/cable mechanical shift PTO built for 8-bolt manual transmission openings on Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and other compatible transmissions. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the 8-bolt aperture, eliminating the adapter plate found on some competing designs and reducing potential leak paths. The 489 Series is rated for 201-300 lb-ft intermittent torque and delivers shaft power of 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM. Output is through a 1-1/4" round shaft with keyway.
