The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 489XFAHX-A5RY or 489XFAHXA5RY, is an 8-bolt mechanical shift PTO designed for manual transmissions including Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and Tremec. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the 8-bolt transmission opening, eliminating the need for an adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. Shift is wire/cable mechanical. The 1-1/4" round output shaft (with key option) delivers up to 48 HP at 1,000 RPM, with an intermittent torque rating in the 201-300 lb-ft range.
