The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 489XFDAX-V5AF or 489XFDAXV5AF, is an 8-bolt direct-mount PTO engineered for most manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the 8-bolt transmission opening, eliminating the need for an adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. Shift is wire/cable mechanical. Output shaft is a 1-1/4" round with key. The 489 Series carries an intermittent torque rating in the 201-300 lb-ft range, with shaft power of 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1000 RPM.
