The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off, part number 489XLAHX-V5RA or 489XLAHXV5RA, mounts directly to the 8-bolt transmission opening with a one-piece cast iron housing that eliminates the need for an adapter plate, removing a potential leak path. Shift type is wire/cable mechanical. The 1-1/4" round output shaft (with keyway option) delivers up to 250 lb-ft intermittent torque and shaft power of 24 HP at 500 RPM, scaling to 48 HP at 1000 RPM. The 489 Series is compatible with Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, Tremec, and other manual transmissions with an 8-bolt PTO aperture. Internal parts are common to the Chelsea 442 Series.
