The Chelsea 489XLITX-A3GH or 489XLITXA3GH is a 489 Series Power Take-Off assembly designed for manual transmissions with an 8-bolt PTO mounting aperture, including Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and Tremec applications. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the 8-bolt opening, eliminating the adapter plate and its associated leak path. This unit delivers intermittent torque in the 201-300 lb-ft range and shaft power of 24 HP at 500 RPM or 48 HP at 1000 RPM. The output is a greaseable SAE B 2-bolt flange with a 1" 15-tooth SAE BB shaft. Tapered bearings replace needle bearings for improved load capacity.
