The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off, part number 489XQITX-A5XK or 489XQITXA5XK, is an 8-bolt PTO built for most manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec. The one-piece cast iron housing mounts directly to the 8-bolt transmission opening, eliminating the adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. Shift is wire/cable mechanical. The output shaft is a 1-1/4" round with key. The 489 Series delivers the same intermittent torque capacity as the 442 Series, with shaft power rated at 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM.
