The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 489XRAHX-A5RF or 489XRAHXA5RF, mounts directly to an 8-bolt transmission opening on compatible manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and others. A one-piece cast iron housing eliminates the need for an adapter plate, reducing potential leak paths. Output shaft is a 1" 15-tooth SAE BB shaft on a rotatable SAE B 2-bolt flange. The 489 Series delivers the same intermittent torque capacity as the 442 Series at 250 lb-ft (339 Nm), with shaft power rated at 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM.
