The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 489XREVX-A4XD or 489XREVXA4XD, is a wire/cable mechanical shift PTO built for manual transmissions with an 8-bolt mounting aperture, including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec applications. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the transmission opening, eliminating the need for an adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. Output is through a 1-1/4" round shaft with keyway. The 489 Series delivers the same intermittent torque capacity as the 442 Series, with shaft power rated at 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM.
