The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 489XREVX-A4XK or 489XREVXA4XK, mounts directly to an 8-bolt transmission opening on most manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and others. The one-piece cast iron housing eliminates the adapter plate found on older designs, removing a potential leak path. Wire/cable mechanical shift is standard on this unit. The 1-1/4" round output shaft (with key) delivers intermittent torque in the 201-300 lb-ft range and shaft power of 24 HP at 500 RPM, rising to 48 HP at 1000 RPM.
