The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off, part number 489XSAHX-A3GH or 489XSAHXA3GH, is an 8-bolt PTO assembly engineered for manual transmissions including Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and compatible alternatives. The integral one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the 8-bolt transmission opening, removing the need for an adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. Shift is wire/cable mechanical. The output shaft is a 1-1/4" round with key option. Intermittent torque rating for this series is 201-300 lb-ft (301-400 Nm); output power spans 46-55 HP (31-40 kW), with shaft power of 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM.
