The Chelsea 489 Series PTO Assembly, part number 489ZCAHX-A5XD or 489ZCAHXA5XD, is a wire/cable mechanical shift power take-off built around an 8-bolt mounting configuration. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the 8-bolt transmission opening on compatible Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and other manual transmissions, eliminating the adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. Intermittent torque capacity for the 489 Series is 201-300 lb-ft (301-400 Nm); shaft power output is 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM. The output shaft is a 1-1/4" round configuration.
