The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 489ZLDAX-W5XK or 489ZLDAXW5XK, is an 8-bolt PTO designed to mount directly to most manual transmissions, including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec, without an adapter plate. The one-piece cast iron housing delivers the same 250 lb-ft intermittent torque capacity as the Chelsea 442 Series. Output shaft is a 1-1/4" round configuration. Shift is wire/cable mechanical. Output power runs 46-55 HP, with shaft power rated at 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM. Tapered bearings replace needle bearings for greater load-bearing capability.
