The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 489ZQDAX-A3XK or 489ZQDAXA3XK, mounts directly to 8-bolt transmission openings on Eaton Fuller, Volvo, Mack, and other compatible manual transmissions without an adapter plate. The one-piece cast iron housing delivers the same intermittent torque capacity as the 442 Series, rated at 201-300 lb-ft. Shift is wire/cable mechanical. The 1-1/4" round output shaft (with key) is driven by tapered bearings rather than needle bearings for greater load capacity. Output power reaches 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM.
