The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 489ZRDAX-A3XK or 489ZRDAXA3XK, is an 8-bolt direct-mount PTO designed for manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Volvo, Mack, and others. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the 8-bolt transmission opening, eliminating the need for an adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. Output shaft is a 1-1/4" round with key. Wire/cable mechanical shift operation, with an electric-over-air shift option available. The 489 Series delivers an intermittent torque rating in the 201-300 lb-ft range and shaft power of 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM.
