The Chelsea 489ZWDAX-A5XK or 489ZWDAXA5XK is a 489 Series Power Take-Off assembly designed for manual transmissions with an 8-bolt PTO mounting aperture, including Eaton Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and other compatible units. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the transmission opening, eliminating the adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. Shift type is wire/cable mechanical. The 1-1/4" round output shaft (with key) delivers up to 48 HP at 1,000 RPM and an intermittent torque rating of 201-300 lb-ft for the 489 Series. Internal parts are common to the Chelsea 442 Series, and the kit-style construction simplifies service work. Available with greaseable output options.
