The Chelsea 823 Series Power Take-Off, part number 823XBAKP-M6XS or 823XBAKPM6XS, is an extra heavy-duty PTO built for high-torque applications including oil field, logging, pumper cleaner trucks, and mining equipment. It mounts via an 8-bolt pattern and fits automatic and manual transmissions from Allison, Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and other manufacturers. The mechanical lever shift puts the driver in direct control. Output is through a 1410 Series companion flange with a 1-1/2 inch, 10-tooth spline. Shaft power rated at 48 HP at 500 RPM and 95 HP at 1000 RPM. The cast iron housing and tapered cone output shaft bearings are characteristic of the 823 Series design.
