The Chelsea 823 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 823XGAKP-Y6XS or 823XGAKPY6XS, is an extra heavy-duty PTO built for high-torque applications including oil field, logging, pumper cleaner trucks, and mining equipment. It mounts via an 8-bolt aperture and fits manual and automatic transmissions from Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, Allison, and other manufacturers. The mechanical lever shift operates the output shaft, which is a 1-1/2" 10-tooth spline with a 1410 series companion flange. Intermittent torque rating for the 823 Series is 500 lb-ft (678 Nm) - verify actual rating on the application pages. Shaft power output is 48 HP at 500 RPM and 95 HP at 1000 RPM.
