The Chelsea 880 Series Power Take-Off assembly, part number 880XBAKP-Y6XS or 880XBAKPY6XS, is an 8-bolt lever mechanical shift PTO built for high-torque, heavy-duty applications. The output shaft is a 1-1/2"-10T spline with a 1410 companion flange, rated up to 500 lb-ft intermittent torque (678 Nm). Shaft power output reaches 48 HP at 500 RPM and 95 HP at 1,000 RPM. Compatible with Volvo/Mack, Allison, Eaton/Fuller, and other transmission families, the 880 Series fits applications including bulk haulers, fire trucks, winch systems, oil field equipment, and large recovery trucks. The cast iron housing uses tapered cone bearings, and the removable shift cover allows straightforward backlash adjustment.
