The Chelsea 823 Series Power Take-Off, part number 823XMAHP-A3XS or 823XMAHPA3XS, is an extra heavy-duty PTO built for high-torque applications including oil field equipment, logging, pumper cleaner trucks, and mining. It mounts via an 8-bolt aperture and fits automatic and manual transmissions from Allison, Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and other manufacturers. The lever/mechanical shift delivers intermittent torque rated at 500 lb-ft (678 Nm) - check application pages for actual torque ratings specific to your configuration.
