The Chelsea 823 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 823XMDAX-A5GS or 823XMDAXA5GS, is an extra heavy-duty PTO built for high-torque applications including oil field, logging, pumper/cleaner trucks, and mining. It mounts via an 8-bolt aperture and is compatible with Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, Allison, and other transmission manufacturers. The mechanical lever shift operates a cast iron housing with tapered cone bearings on the output shaft for strong load-bearing capability. The output shaft is a 1-1/2 in. 10-tooth spline with a 1410 series companion flange. Shaft power is rated at 48 HP at 500 RPM and 95 HP at 1,000 RPM.
